Through the implementation of standardized protocols and staff training, the goal was to reduce variability in screening outcomes. The evaluation method of the project involved staff interviews, surveys, and comparing pretest and post-test results to measure staff knowledge and confidence improvements. The results showed that there were significant improvements in staff knowledge and confidence. This project highlights the importance of standardized procedures in improving mental health care for young adults.
