Abstract
This book review examines a recent publication on how individuals can learn to end negative thinking and spend more time living in abundance, peace, and joy. The review summarizes the central themes, highlights strengths and weaknesses, outlines contributions to mental health literature, and offers recommendations. Particular attention is given to how the author conveys his message, and examples from the book are provided. Although the book has several limitations, the review underlines how it can be incorporated into the mental health field through contributions to clinicians and their clients. Overall, the book provides a beneficial resource for social workers, counselors, psychologists, and mental health professionals seeking diverse tools to incorporate into their practice.
