Abstract
This paper presents the Iraqi e-Health, The purpose of this paper is to understand the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system in the healthcare sector. It also discusses the various studies around the factors of obtaining successful EHR implementations and bringing about change in organizations. In addition, this paper provides a review of previous studies on aspects related to the Personal Context, Technological Context, Organizational Context, and Environmental Context.
