Abstract
This book is designed to provide a comprehensive reference guide to creating an office for disability services, and sustaining this office as well as enhancing this office if it currently exists. Included in this book is information to support students with disabilities from pre-admission stages to their enrollment, retention, and graduation. In addition, not only is the focus of information about these students with disabilities, but there is also specific information regarding office management and leadership skills. The book contributes to the field of special education for college students with disabilities in a college environment and contributes to the literature base that is currently fairly narrow and sparse.
