Abstract
The Managers for Reference and Information Literacy each developed rubrics to measure the quality of instruction within email reference service and in the Library’s instructional media, respectively. This case study compared and contrasted the strategies used to establish outcomes, develop rubrics, implement assessment procedures, and use the results of each project.
