Abstract

The article focuses on an organizational structure that nurtures an individual in a creative environment. The author says that with the culture of fear-based, stress- and anxiety-producing hypercontrol and the privileged reward systems of the corporate world will stop with the adoption of an creative-intensive process. He cites that when a work organization becomes a workplace community, it forms a structure of relationships that establishes high levels of self-control which allows the person to more dedicated to his work.
