Abstract

The current rise in Type 2 diabetes among middle-aged individuals poses significant risks of health complications such as kidney damage, heart disease, stroke, nerve damage, vision loss, and skin problems. Research has shown that proper education on the causes and risk factors of Type 2 diabetes would increase people’s knowledge about the medical problem, helping promote positive health outcomes. This project was a staff education program using didactic and interactive case studies.
