Abstract

The female body undergoes a number of physiological and anatomical changes at various stages throughout pregnancy. These changes can cause a lot of discomfort and pain during pregnancy. There are not a lot of pharmacological options when carrying a child. However, Osteopathic Treatments offer a natural option that allows for the pregnant mother's body to heal itself with the guidance of a trained professional. This prevents unwanted side effects encountered with medication and can help solve a number of common complaints encountered throughout pregnancy.
